The Retro Remix Cocktail for Summer ‘09!

Think 1960’s retro…Beach Blanket Bingo…gathering the gang on the beach in late afternoon starting up a bon fire and watching the sun go down. This is the perfect tropical concoction to swing you into Summer. I am very pleased to present my “Aquatini Punch!”

Here’s how you make it…

Pack a large pitcher with ice and pineapple rings placed between the ice and the inside of the pitcher. In a separate pitcher combine 6 oz of p.i.n.k. vodka, 6 oz Island Blue Pucker liqueur, 2 oz Cointreau, 3 oz pineapple juice, 1.5 oz sour mix, 2 oz white cranberry juice. Sitr and pour into pitcher packed with ice and pineapple rings.

Grab four fun glasses (margarita style works great) and four fun friends and you have a party! All you need is some classic tunes from the Beach Boys and you are back in Summer of ‘64.
